Ha Tinh - According to the forecast of the Ha Tinh Province Hydrometeorological Station, from November 3 to 5, this locality will have very heavy rain, with a risk of flooding.

On the morning of November 3, Mr. Tran Duc Ba - Director of the Ha Tinh Province Hydrometeorological Station - said that according to the forecast, from the evening of November 3 to the morning of November 5, the Ha Tinh area will experience a period of very heavy rain and thunderstorms.

Rainfall is generally 100-200mm, locally over 300mm. Heavy rain is likely to occur in districts such as Ky Anh, Ky Anh town, Cam Xuyen, Thach Ha and Ha Tinh city.

From November 5-6, Ha Tinh continued to have heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 100 - 200mm, some places over 300mm. From November 6, heavy rain continued, however the intensity of the rain decreased.

According to Mr. Ba, due to heavy rain, from November 4 to November 9, there is a possibility of a flood on rivers in the Ha Tinh area. During this flood, the peak water level on the Ngan Sau and Ngan Pho rivers is likely to rise to alert level 2 to alert level 3.
