According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Son - Deputy Head of the Mineral Department of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ha Tinh, on December 26, Minh Nhat Joint Stock Auction Company successfully organized an auction of 8 mineral mines (7 landfill mines and 1 sand and gravel mine) for ordinary construction materials in the province.
The auction process is supervised by an inter-sectoral team including representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Department of Justice, the Department of Finance and the Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Department.
Accordingly, Hung Thanh Dat Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Ky Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province) won the auction for the right to exploit 2 land mines: the land mine in the Cup Buoi area, Hoanh Son ward, area 14.98 ha, forecast resource 2.25 million m3 and the land mine in the North Sim 2 mountain area, Song Tri ward, area 13.08 ha, forecast resource 2.3 million m3.
Hung Nghiep One Member Limited Liability Company (Ky Xuan commune, Ha Tinh province) won the auction for the right to exploit 2 landfill mines: the land mine in Yen Thuong village area, Thach Xuan commune, area 5.84 ha, forecast resource 584,000 m3 and the land mine in Dong But mountain area, Ha Linh commune, area 9.7 ha, forecast resource 1.5 million m3.
Duc Quang Cooperative (Ky Xuan commune, Ha Tinh province) won the auction for the right to exploit land reclamation mines in Ky Xuan commune, with an area of 6.97 ha, and a forecast resource of 1.045 million m3.
Cam Trung 30/4 Co., Ltd. (Cam Trung commune, Ha Tinh province) won the auction for a land mine to level the Dong Mo long stream area, Cam Trung commune, with an area of 6.6 ha, and a forecast resource of 660 thousand m3.
Phuc Trach Investment Joint Stock Company (Phuc Trach commune, Ha Tinh province) won the auction for a hilly land mine in Trung Son village, Huong Do commune, with an area of 8 hectares, and a forecast resource of 840,000 m3.
Duc Tran 379 Construction Co., Ltd. won the auction for the right to exploit the Ngan Sau riverbed sand and gravel mine, Tan Huong village, Phuc Trach commune, with an area of 3.8 hectares, and a forecast resource of 154.4 thousand m3.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Son - Deputy Head in charge of the Mineral Department - said that after winning the auction for mineral exploitation rights, the units will deploy surveys and assessments to determine the volume of minerals, and at the same time complete dossiers and procedures, submit them to functional units for consideration and appraisal, before being officially licensed to exploit by the Provincial People's Committee.
The successful auction of the rights to exploit the above 8 mineral mines will contribute to meeting the demand for construction materials, especially land for leveling for many large projects being and about to be implemented in Ha Tinh.
According to the plan, in early 2026, Ha Tinh will continue to organize auctions of 7 more mineral mines to overcome the current shortage and scarcity of construction materials.
