The tractor trailer with license plate 15H-040.34 driven by Mr. Tran Manh K (born in 1979, residing in Truong Tho commune, An Lao, Hai Phong) collided with a motorbike with license plate 34B2-171.23 driven by Ms. N.T.L (born in 1982) in the same direction. At that time, Ms. L was carrying her child N.D.M.Q (born in 2014, also residing in Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong) behind, going from the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway roundabout to Thai Son intersection and turning left.
As a result, Ms. L and Q died on the spot, and both vehicles were damaged.
