To ensure traffic safety during the construction of the expansion joint repair at the Nguyen Van Linh overpass (km99 + 160, National Highway 5), the Hai Phong Department of Transport announces temporary traffic diversion: From December 15 to December 30, the contractor will repair the expansion joint at the Nguyen Van Linh overpass on half of the bridge. Vehicles will travel across the bridge on the remaining half of the bridge.
During temporary traffic diversion, vehicle drivers must comply with the instructions of traffic control authorities and the road traffic sign system.
Previously, the Department of Transport of Hai Phong City also announced temporary traffic diversion during the construction and repair of the expansion joint of Binh Bridge from December 4 to 30. Accordingly, trucks with a carrying capacity of over 7.5 tons (according to the certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection) are prohibited from traveling in both directions across Binh Bridge. Trucks with a carrying capacity of 7.5 tons travel from Hong Bang District to Thuy Nguyen District and vice versa in the direction of Hung Vuong Street - National Highway 10 - Provincial Road 351 - Provincial Road 359. Other vehicles travel across Binh Bridge on half of the bridge surface.
