Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau assigned the Department of Construction to preside over the unification with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the number of vehicles served daily at each location (Cultural Palace, Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Palace and Xu Dong Cultural Center) on the basis of reasonableness, harmony between the needs of the people and the ability to meet, ensuring the quality of organizing bus trips in the city.
VNPT Hai Phong presided over and worked with the Department of Science and Technology to urgently complete the application to serve people registering to use the city's free vehicles to visit the Exhibition to widely inform and request people to register and put it into use from September 10. In particular, send a message to each valid registered citizen to inform about the number of vehicles, time and departure location according to the number suitable for the ability to arrange the vehicle. In case the number of registered people exceeds the capacity to meet the requirements for the day, send a message informing about arranging a bus trip for the next day to the registered people (for people in need). Units proactively inform promptly the Department of Construction, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to arrange vehicles and prepare logistics to serve the trips.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organizes widespread communication, providing guidance for people to properly register to visit the exhibition through a single application that VNPT has completed since September 10. applied to buses served from September 11 to September 15; organize good control of the number of participants (priority is given to serving people in difficult circumstances, the elderly, students...; not organized according to tours, large groups), ensuring that they do not exceed the ability to meet the number of vehicles and service quality.
The Department will preside over and work with travel businesses and Hai Phong City Youth Union to arrange human resources to serve the trips; guide and help the elderly and children at the exhibition's vehicle gathering points to ensure thoughtfulness and regularity.
The City Police directed the Police of Gia Vien and Le Thanh Nghi wards to arrange forces to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Construction to control security, order, and safety of the gathering points for people at the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace and the Xu Dong Cultural Center.
