Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Khac Toan assessed that the company has implemented policies and laws for employees well. At the same time, he requested the Company to continue promoting positive results, based on the general policies of the state, promulgating and implementing support programs and activities, in order to improve and enhance the income level and quality of life of workers. The company needs to strengthen coordination with local authorities to take advantage of digital infrastructure and utility services invested by the State in the area where the factory is located to take care of workers' lives and save costs for businesses.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Head of the City People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Committee, Head of the Supervisory Delegation, suggested that the Company continue to pay comprehensive attention to workers and laborers, not only in terms of income, social insurance regime but also in spiritual, cultural and sports life. In addition, increase dialogue, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers to promptly remove obstacles and build sustainable labor relations. The company's recommendations and proposals will be accepted and compiled by the Supervisory Team to advise the City People's Council to develop a policy that is close to reality and harmonizes the interests of businesses and workers.
