Hai Phong supports male worker who died due to storm number 3

On the afternoon of September 8, the delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City visited and encouraged the families of victims who died due to storm No. 3 in Tien Lang district.

The victim was Mr. Nguyen Van Q (born in 1979, Phuong La village, Quyet Tien commune, Tien Lang district). Mr. Q used to be a youth volunteer in Vinh Quang commune, Tien Lang district, and is currently working as a worker at Thuan Ich Leather Shoe Company. He lives with his father, a war invalid and Agent Orange victim, and has two sons. When the storm hit, part of the roof collapsed, crushing Mr. Q, causing his death.

At the victim's house, Mr. Dao Trong Duc - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee, and leaders of Tien Lang district visited, encouraged, and shared the pain and loss with the victim's family. At the same time, he presented 10 million VND in support to the victim's family.

Earlier that morning, the working delegation of Tien Lang district also visited and encouraged the victim's family. The leaders of the District Party Committee presented 25 million VND to support the victim's family, encouraged the family to suppress their grief, and organize the victim's funeral.

Storm No. 3 (Storm Yagi) caused severe damage and impacts in many provinces in the Northern region.
