For vehicles subject to restrictions, functional agencies guide alternative routes. On Truong Chinh street, vehicles can travel in the direction of Niem bridge - Niem bridge roundabout - National Highway 5 - DT351 - Phan Dang Luu street - Tran Nhan Tong street. From Bui Vien street, vehicles move along DT351 - Phan Dang Luu street - Tran Nhan Tong street - Truong Chinh street.
Vehicles allowed to pass through the underpass construction area can choose two traffic directions including: Dong Hoa street - Dong Tam street - Bui Vien street - Phuong Khe street - Truong Chinh street - Niem bridge or Quan Tru street - Truong Chinh street - Niem bridge to limit congestion in the construction site area.
The Department of Construction also announced a two-way parking ban on Dong Hoa, Dong Tam, Phuong Khe and Quan Tru streets during the traffic diversion organization period.
