Gia Vien Ward organizes the enforcement of the decision to sanction administrative violations, relocate all assets and equipment of Vinh Quang Collective Enterprise out of the administrative land area, serving the implementation of the technical infrastructure construction investment project serving the Dong Quoc Binh old apartment renovation project (phase 2).
The project to invest in building technical infrastructure to serve old Dong Quoc Binh apartment building renovation investment projects (phase 2) in Gia Vien ward is a key project, with a scale affecting 12 organizations and 1,551 households and individuals (including 1,225 households in 34 old apartment buildings, 292 households with residential land and 34 households violating administrative land regulations).
With the drastic involvement of the entire Gia Vien ward political system, in the past time, site clearance work has achieved a large volume thanks to the consensus and serious compliance of representatives of many organizations and people. In case people still deliberately avoid and do not comply, the local government will resolutely organize coercion in accordance with legal procedures to ensure strictness and project progress.
Previously, on June 17, the Gia Vien Ward Enforcement Committee organized a conference to propagate, mobilize, and dialogue with organizations, households, and individuals subject to land acquisition to implement the Project to invest in building technical infrastructure to serve the Project. Vinh Quang Collective Enterprise did not agree with not being compensated and being administratively sanctioned for the land being managed and used.
Based on the provisions of law, leaders of Gia Vien Ward People's Committee and professional departments and units have focused on informing, explaining and thoroughly answering each proposed content; and at the same time continue to propagate and mobilize organizations and households to improve their sense of responsibility and support the city's policy for the common development goal to soon agree to hand over the site.
On the morning of June 18, the Gia Vien Ward Enforcement Committee read the decision to enforce the decision to sanction administrative violations against Vinh Quang Collective Enterprise. The forces organized the relocation of all assets of the unit out of the recovered land area. The enforcement process took place in accordance with the order and procedures, ensuring security and order, absolute safety for people and property.
