According to Lao Dong, at the underpass at the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection (District 7), water was up to half the wheel, making it difficult for vehicles to move. Some cars stalled while passing through low-lying areas, forcing drivers to call for a tow truck.
It is known that the underpass at the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection opened to traffic at the end of last year with a total investment of 830 billion VND.

"The rain this morning has slowed down traffic in this area. The entrance to the tunnel is also slightly congested, so I'll probably take another route on my way home," said Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh (living in District 7).
This morning's rain occurred in Can Gio area, Nha Be district, Binh Chanh, District 6, Thu Duc city, District 7, Hoc Mon district, Cu Chi district.

In some other areas in the South, light rain is still occurring. The rain on the night of February 12 and the morning of February 13 is the heaviest rain since the beginning of 2025.
According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, the thunderstorms are caused by the continental cold high pressure strengthening in our country. Above, the subtropical high pressure axis through the Central region encroaches on the West, and the tropical low pressure operates in the central area of the East Sea.
It is forecasted that it will still rain on February 13. On February 14, the tropical depression will weaken, the rain will decrease, and there will only be localized rain.
