The People's Council of Hoa Binh province has just issued Resolution No. 429/NQ-HDND on approving the list of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land, special-use forest land, protective forest land, and production forest land to implement investment projects in Hoa Binh province in 2024 (3rd supplement).
Accordingly, the purpose of using 852.47 hectares of land will be changed to serve 63 investment projects. Including 290.81 hectares of rice land; 41.07 hectares of protective forest land; 0.25 hectares of special-use forest land; and 520.34 hectares of production forest land.
In addition, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province also issued Resolution No. 434/NQ-HDND on approving the list of projects requiring land acquisition for socio-economic development, for national interests and public interests in 2024.
According to this resolution, the total list of projects requiring land acquisition is 27, with a total area of 63.88 hectares. Of which, rice land is 19.15 hectares; protective forest land is 0.06 hectares; production forest land is 22.39 hectares and other land is 22.28 hectares.
Some projects have large areas of land use conversion such as: Phuc Tien Urban Area (Quang Tien Commune, Hoa Binh City) invested by the Consortium of Saigon - Hanoi Investment Joint Stock Company and Linh Phong Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - C.O.N.C (the project implementing enterprise is Phuc Tien Urban Joint Stock Company) with an area of 21.6 hectares.
Mong Hoa urban area (Ky Son ward, Hoa Binh city) with an area of 42 hectares.
Yen Quang high-class ecological urban area (Quang Tien commune, Hoa Binh city) is developed by the joint venture of SEIKA International Trade and Service Investment Joint Stock Company - Nam Ha Noi Trade and Service Company Limited - Vinaconex 39 Joint Stock Company (Hoa Binh Phuong Dong Investment Joint Stock Company is the project implementation enterprise) with an area of 54.94 hectares.
The housing and community service area in Quang Tien commune is a joint venture between New House Trading Joint Stock Company and Luxury Vietnam Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Quang Tien Urban Company Limited is the enterprise implementing the project)...
In particular, regarding a series of investment projects in ecological urban areas and resorts in three communes of Cuoi Ha, Kim Boi (Kim Boi district) and Quy Hoa commune (Lac Son district) of Hoa Binh Sun Company Limited, the Provincial People's Council has agreed to convert 134.4 hectares to serve the above projects.
