Fire burns down warehouse containing old materials in Lam Dong

    Lam Dong - The fire broke out at a used house in An Tinh village, Hiep Thanh commune, causing an estimated damage of about 20 million VND.

    According to information from the authorities, at around 9:30 a.m. on August 21, the fire broke out from a 5 x 40 m pre-cast house, built in 2022 with an iron frame, walls and corrugated iron roof.

    This house is owned by Ms. Tran Thi My D (born in 1962, residing in Group 20, An Tinh village) and is used to store cardboard boxes and plastic canters for wine.

    As soon as the news was received, Hiep Thanh Commune Police quickly arrived at the scene, coordinating with local people to control the initial fire.

    At the same time, the authorities have notified the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07) to mobilize specialized fire trucks to the scene.

    After many efforts, by around 12:30 on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire.

    Regarding the cause of the fire, Ms. Tran Thi My D said it was an electrical short circuit and did not request further investigation.
