This issue has long been focused on by developed countries, but for developing countries like Vietnam, the issue of human resource development for the digital economy has not received due attention.
The National Economics University recommends that the State should have a strategy and plan to provide education and training so that all citizens have the necessary skills and knowledge to participate in the digital economy. This includes training in digital literacy, computer skills and other areas related to the digital economy.
The government can promote digital skills development by investing in education and training programs, and by encouraging businesses and individuals to invest in their own digital skills development.
