On June 27, Task Force 2135 of Hue City People's Committee led by Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ha Van Tuan inspected the reality of some projects to review the situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the progress of handling according to regulations.
The inspection is part of the program to review and handle 14 backlog projects and prolonged problems in the city.
The working group inspected the Project to thoroughly treat environmental pollution caused by domestic waste; Cho Mai - Tan My road; area of site clearance problems on Ut Tich street under the Bau Va Phase 3 Project; National Highway 1A - Lang Tu Duc villa project (now Vo Van Kiet street) related to site clearance work of some households.
Through inspection, the working group requested departments, branches, localities and related units to fully review legal documents, implementation process, current land use status, compensation plans, site clearance and outstanding issues of each project.
On that basis, units propose specific handling plans, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, practicality and harmony of legitimate rights and interests of people, businesses and the State.
For contents under the city's authority, the working group requests urgent coordination to handle them thoroughly, without prolonging or arising more problems. Contents beyond authority must fully summarize the legal basis, propose handling plans to report to Hue City People's Committee for consideration and direction.
