On January 13, the Provincial People's Committee organized an expanded leadership conference of the Provincial People's Committee agency, to implement the process of introducing candidates for the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2026 - 2031.
This is an important step in the consultation process, ensuring that the election of People's Council deputies at all levels is carried out seriously and in accordance with the law.
According to the expected list, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee has 8 officials introduced to run for deputy of the 18th Provincial People's Council, including:
Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Le Huy - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Le Quang Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Lai Van Hoan - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Viet - Deputy Head of Economic Department 1.
Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy - Deputy Head of the Department of Home Affairs.

At the conference, delegates proceeded to discuss, consider and implement the steps in accordance with the regulations and procedures. As a result, 100% of voters present voted in agreement with the expected list of candidates to be introduced.
