On the afternoon of June 30, the Central Party Office coordinated with the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee to organize a conference to launch donation of documents, materials, and artifacts for the construction of the Vietnamese Communist Party Museum.
Implementing the Central Government's policy, over the past time, the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee has issued many guiding documents, assigning tasks to Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to promote propaganda, review, collect, and mobilize donation of documents and artifacts of historical value.
The campaign received the response of a large number of cadres, party members, veteran revolutionaries, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, veterans, families with meritorious services to the revolution and people from all walks of life.

Through initial review, many agencies, units, localities and individuals have registered to donate many documents, materials, and artifacts associated with the history of the Provincial Party Committee and the activities of senior leaders. At the conference alone, the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee awarded 221 documents, materials, and artifacts belonging to 6 groups to build the Vietnamese Communist Party Museum.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Pham Quang Ngoc affirmed that Hung Yen is a land rich in historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions; participating in building the Vietnam Communist Party Museum is the responsibility and sentiment of the Party Committee, government and people in the province towards the Party.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to continue to promote propaganda, review, statistics, and mobilize donation of valuable documents and artifacts; and at the same time assign the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Provincial Museum to guide the receipt, appraisal, preservation, and handover in accordance with regulations. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations strengthen the mobilization of union members, association members and people to actively participate in the campaign.
Speaking in response, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Vo Thanh Hung emphasized that the Vietnam Communist Party Museum is a project of special political, historical and cultural significance, towards the 100th anniversary of the Party's establishment (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030), and also a red address for patriotic tradition education for generations.
He highly appreciated Hung Yen's proactiveness in implementing the campaign, affirming that the donation of documents and artifacts not only supplements a source of valuable documents but also shows responsibility and affection for the revolutionary historical heritage.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee announced the list of organizations and individuals registered to donate documents, materials, and artifacts; leaders of the Party Central Committee Office and leaders of Hung Yen province presented receipt symbols and Certificates of donation to typical collectives and individuals.
