On June 22, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu chaired a working session with the Party Central Committee Office and representatives of relevant ministries, departments, and branches on the implementation of a number of key projects and works.
At the working session, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Khanh Toan reported on the implementation of key projects invested by the Party Central Committee Office, focusing on the implementation progress, capital disbursement situation, difficulties and obstacles in investment procedures and solutions to ensure the completion of projects according to plan.
After listening to the report and discussion opinions, concluding the working session, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu summarized 3 groups of issues that need to be focused on. Those are for projects within the scope of urgent public investment; groups of issues belonging to 7 special public investment projects; and the responsibilities of relevant agencies and units.

Emphasizing the meaning and importance of key projects, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee requested the Office of the Party Central Committee to review the implementation plan in a synchronous and continuous manner; determine the results of work achieved according to each specific time milestone, ensuring progress and implementing in accordance with procedures and regulations.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat emphasized the requirement that, in the process of implementing projects, absolutely do not allow losses, waste, or negativity to occur, according to the spirit of the direction of General Secretary and President To Lam.
Regarding the project to build the Vietnam Communist Party Museum, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu clearly stated that the construction of the Museum must ensure the purpose, political and historical significance; worthy of being a symbolic work, contributing to preserving and promoting the historical and traditional values of the Party.
The Party Central Committee Office needs to urgently review the content of the proposal to adjust the investment policy and decide according to its authority; organize project implementation to ensure compliance with the policy and orientations that have been commented on by the Politburo. At the same time, uphold the spirit of responsibility, deploy work with high determination, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Along with the construction process, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat noted that it is necessary to promptly establish a museum operation department; proactively train and train staff; urgently deploy the collection, reception, and preservation of documents and artifacts; fully prepare conditions to serve display and management work, meeting the conditions when the Museum goes into operation.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requests the Central Party Office to periodically and weekly report to the Steering Committee on the implementation of projects, especially arising problems, for timely consideration and removal.
For special public investment projects, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat clearly stated that the Party Central Committee Office should coordinate with relevant agencies to urgently complete dossiers and procedures, and report to competent authorities for consideration and approval in accordance with regulations; ensure progress and investment efficiency. Relevant ministries and sectors continue to coordinate and support the Party Central Committee Office in the implementation process, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, contributing to ensuring progress and quality of projects as required.
