On the evening of August 30, a source from Lao Dong Newspaper said that the landslide on Bao Loc Pass had been basically resolved by Road Management Area IV.1 in coordination with Madaguoi Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police).
Accordingly, the authorities have drilled, chiseled, treated and cleared all the rocks that slid down the drainage ditch next to Bao Loc pass at km 101 in Da M'ri town (Da Huoai district).
At the same time, the authorities also handled the eroded rocks on the top of the positive slope at the landslide site caused by heavy rains earlier. The handling work has been completed to ensure the safety of people and vehicles traveling on Bao Loc Pass.
Previously, in recent days, in the Bao Loc pass area (in Bao Loc city and Da Huoai district), heavy rain often occurred at night.
