Although it was hot at noon, inside Han Market (Hai Chau Ward) there were still many tourists. Most stalls are crowded with customers shopping, waiting to pay for each package, big and small.
Waiting for the time when the foreign group has just left, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet (character's name has been changed, doing business at Han Market) said that the time of noon or evening is when tourist groups often come here to shop for local furniture and specialties.

The majority of visitors to the market are Korean tourists. According to Ms. Tuyet's observation, Koreans who come to the market like to shop because they think the price of goods is stable, not ripped off, and suitable for their budget.
Even if tourists try it and don't buy it, traders are very happy and never try to force it.
"In Han Market, the place that stays tourists the longest is usually the stall for specialties, clothes, shoes, and accessories. Initial tourists often have the mentality of going for an experience, the traders here are also very open, giving a comfortable choice so they often leave with big and small gift bags, few return empty-handed" - Ms. Tuyet said.
