On July 29, the working group of the Ministry of Construction led by Deputy Minister Bui Xuan Dung inspected the field and held a meeting to review the progress of component projects 1, 1A and 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project.
Reporting to the working group of the Ministry of Construction, Mr. Tran Van Thi, Director of the My Thuan Project Management Board (Ministry of Construction) said: Component project 1A is over 8km long, of which the section through Ho Chi Minh City is over 1.9km long, the section through Dong Nai province is 6.3km long.
Currently, the total construction output of package CW1 (building Nhon Trach bridge) is over 99% of the signed contract value. Meanwhile, package CW2 (entrance roads at both ends of the bridge) has more than 95% of the contract value.

To ensure the plan to put Component Project 1A into operation from August 19, the My Thuan Project Management Board proposed that the Ministry of Construction allow the unit to organize the management of the exploitation and temporary maintenance of the project from the time of completion of construction and putting it into operation until it is officially handed over to the management unit (expected 90 days).
At the same time, the Ministry of Construction has consulted with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to direct and urge investors of Component Projects 1 and 3 to speed up the progress of items connecting to Component Project 1A.
The Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board said that currently, for Component Project 3 (section passing through Dong Nai province), construction and traffic organization on temporary roads at intersections with provincial routes 25B, 769, Ly Tu Trong Street has been implemented according to the construction design documents with a road surface width of 7-9m, road surface structure of crushed stone.
At the meeting, the leaders of the Ministry of Construction proposed that all related procedures must be completed before August 15. In particular, focusing on completing acceptance procedures, temporary maintenance plans and ensuring traffic safety during temporary operation.
