On July 12, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh directly surveyed and inspected the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project at the intersection with the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway, Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, My Yen Commune, Tay Ninh Province.
Reporting to Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam said that Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 through the province is 6.8km long, including 2 component projects with a total investment of VND 4,208 billion. Of which, the construction project is 3,040 billion VND and the site clearance project, resettlement support is 1,168 billion VND.
Up to now, the site clearance work has reached 100% of households, completed the resettlement area and arranged plots for people. At the same time, 3 main construction packages of the project are being focused on by contractors with a progress of nearly 78%, ensuring compliance with the Government's requirements.
In addition, the intersection of Ring Road 3 with Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong and Ben Luc - Long Thanh has completed the entire road overpass, asphalt, installation of traffic safety system, lighting of branch H, branch A1 and the expansion connecting to Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway.
At the same time, from May 15, the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway project has been handed over to consider opening the route according to regulations.

At the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam also pledged to Minister Tran Hong Minh to complete the project in accordance with the Government's required progress milestones, complete the expressway in 2025 and put the entire project into operation on April 30, 2026.
At the inspection, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh requested the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Construction, and the Long An Construction Investment Project Management Board to urge contractors to focus on completing the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, ensuring that the project must complete the technical traffic schedule before December 19.
Minister Tran Hong Minh also requested the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province and related units to continue completing procedures and promptly implementing the groundbreaking of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project through the province.
