The total investment of this project is 75,378 billion VND, including 33,788 billion VND for construction costs and 41,590 billion VND for site clearance.

According to the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, there is currently nearly 100% of the site for the entire Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong.
