On August 6, Mr. Vũ Trọng Nghĩa, Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Cam Ranh City, said that from August 3 to date, there have been approximately 8,000 - 9,000 visitors to the Cam Ranh Lobster Festival.
To participate in the festival, the price of lobster here is sold by traders at an extremely low price of 800-900 thousand VND/kg and free processing.
Especially, fresh live lobsters with a large quantity are always ready to serve the needs of customers. Not only lobsters, other seafood stalls are also extremely distinctive.
Visiting the festival in Cam Ranh, tourists can see chefs showcasing their culinary skills in preparing dishes from lobsters such as steamed lobster, fried lobster, grilled lobster, etc.
Regarding the relatively low price of lobster, the Organizing Committee explained that before the festival, they had mobilized stalls to sell at a discounted price to attract tourists and promote the Cam Ranh lobster brand, so the processing price of lobster at the festival is relatively low compared to the market.
Also during the festival, there are approximately 200 stalls selling a variety of products such as food, souvenirs, handicrafts, etc. that have contributed to the richness of the festival.
All stalls have been inspected by the Organizing Committee for quality and food safety before the festival to ensure safety for consumers.
