A representative of a business that is pouring soil to build a roadbed under the Ha Tinh City Ring Road Project (old) said that the unit has 15 trucks but for many days the owner of the mine in Toan Luu commune has stopped selling the land, so the convoy of trucks had to wait, the drivers were unemployed.
The incident made the unit very worried, afraid that it would be difficult to meet the project's roadbed construction progress.
Similarly, the representative of Dong Anh Trading Company Limited (Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province) is also worried that the land reserves from the mine are not enough to complete the leveling of the site at the Nam Cau Phu Urban Area, Trade and Service Project, and Ecological villa in Cam Binh Commune.
In the immediate future, the unit has just focused on filling with existing reserves and is proactively looking for more land to meet the project's site clearance volume to meet the progress signed under the contract with the investor.

The Ngo Quyen Street Expansion, Upgrade and Renovation Project (from National Highway 1 to Quang Trung Street) in Tran Phu Ward also faces difficulties due to a lack of filling materials.
The project was previously scheduled to be completed by December 2025, but has been marked with a schedule, and has now been extended to October 2026.
According to the Mineral Affairs Department of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ha Tinh, the whole province currently has 65 mines of minerals for construction materials that are still valid for exploitation but only meet about 70% of demand.
The cause of the shortage of common construction materials is determined to be due to inaccurate and timely forecasts of demand for minerals for common construction materials, especially forecasts of demand for materials for key projects, industrial parks, and industrial clusters.
The preparation of land use planning and plans for mineral activities is not timely and synchronous, causing difficulties in developing a plan for auctioning mineral exploitation rights.
Some previously licensed auctioned mines have small annual exploitation capacity, and the long exploitation time has affected the supply to serve market demand.
Currently, Ha Tinh province is removing difficulties for the shortage of construction materials, especially filling soil mines so that key projects and works can be completed on schedule.
At the same time, prepare to grant new mines to meet the needs of national-scale infrastructure projects in the coming time to be implemented in the area, including the North-South high-speed railway project.
