On December 1, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that the unit had issued a decision to supplement with targets for the budgets of communes and wards with an amount of VND 6.223 billion from the provincial budget reserve in 2025.
This is to serve the work of preventing and combating natural disasters and floods in the area.
This allocation period has 16 communes and wards receiving funding, including Phuoc Ha, Lam Son, Ninh Hai, Van Hung, Suoi Dau, Cam An, Cam Hiep, Ca Na, Thuan Bac, Xuan Hai, Bac Ai Dong, Thuan Nam, Anh Dung communes and Ninh Chu, Do Vinh, Dong Hai wards.
The Provincial People's Committee requires the People's Committees of communes and wards to supplement funds to manage and use in accordance with the provisions of the law on the state budget; ensure proper use for the right purpose, to the right subjects, publicly and transparently, avoiding loss and negativity.
At the same time, units must report the implementation results to the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, on November 20, 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued Decision No. 2177, supplementing with a target of 112 billion VND for the commune-level budget in 2025, supporting 64 communes and wards in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
Of which, 50 billion VND was supplemented by the Central Government and 62 billion VND was taken from the provincial budget reserve.
