The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has requested the advisory and assisting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee (directing the departments, agencies and branches), the Party Committee of the provincial People's Council to establish a standing department (Unit in charge) to receive, guide and answer contents, proposals and recommendations by agencies, units and localities.
The establishment of the aforementioned standing department in order to promptly solve difficulties, obstacles and arise in the process of organizing the apparatus and especially the activities of the Party Committee, the authorities, the Fatherland Front and the newly established socio -political organizations to ensure smooth, synchronous and effective.
The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee requires organizations, agencies and units when establishing a standing department to specifically announce their full name, position, phone number, mobile phone number, receiving and answering area for organizations and individuals to know. The permanent department will operate from now until the end of October 2025.
During the implementation process, closely monitor, promptly grasp and proactively resolve the contents according to functions and authority; synthesize, report, and advise competent authorities to consider and resolve if it exceeds their authority.
According to the plan, Khanh Hoa province will rearrange and reorganize 132 commune-level administrative units into 41 commune-level administrative units (including 29 communes, 11 wards, 1 special zone); the reduction rate is 68.93% (a reduction of 91 commune-level administrative units).
The number of administrative units at the grassroots level formed after the arrangement as follows Nha Trang City has 4 wards; Cam Ranh city has 5 communes and wards; Ninh Hoa town consists of 8 communes and wards; Van Ninh district has 5 communes; Dien Khanh district has 6 communes; Cam Lam district has 4 communes; Khanh Vinh district has 5 communes; Khanh Son district has 3 communes and Truong Sa district has 1 special zone.
