Khanh Hoa Provincial Hydrometeorological Station has just issued a weather bulletin.
According to the morning bulletin, from February 9th to February 10th, cold air has affected some places in the South Central region, including Khanh Hoa province.
Due to the influence of cold air, there are showers in some places in the province. The coastal area has level 4-5 Northeast wind, sometimes gusting to level 7. The lowest temperature is commonly from 20-23 degrees C.
Forecast for the day and night of February 9 to February 10, cold air will continue to strengthen strongly, affecting the weather in Khanh Hoa more deeply.
Cloudy weather, scattered showers at night and in the morning. Northeast wind on land level 3-4, coastal areas level 4-5, sometimes gusts level 6-7.
The lowest temperature in this cold air wave in Khanh Hoa is commonly from 21-23 degrees C in the delta and coastal areas; mountainous areas from 20-22 degrees C.
At sea, during the day and night of February 9, the sea area of Khanh Hoa, including the Truong Sa special zone, has strong Northeast winds at level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts at level 8-9; strong rough seas.
The meteorological agency warns that strong winds and big waves can be dangerous for ships and activities at sea.
Fishermen and vehicle owners need to closely monitor weather developments to proactively prevent and ensure safety.
