The first and second floors of the service area of the M4 buildings are degraded, subsidence and leaks are seriously damaged. Some apartments also suffer from a similar situation, greatly affecting the daily activities of households.
Quickly renovate and repair apartment buildings
On August 22, talking to Lao Dong, a representative of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district said: The deterioration of the Cai Hom apartment complex in particular and a number of old apartment buildings in the district in general is one of the issues discussed. Voters made recommendations at the recent district People's Council meeting and were answered at the meeting.
Ngo Quyen District People's Committee also reported to the city about the degraded state of apartment buildings in the area. The city has also directed the Department of Construction, Housing Trading Company and localities to review and come up with a solution plan.
Recently, the Department of Construction coordinated with the Housing Trading Company to survey and prepare a record of the current status to develop a building maintenance plan as soon as possible. Among them, renovating subsidence-affected campus locations; paint and waterproof building walls; Renovating the service area on the 1st and 2nd floors of M4 building...
