The project's investment objective is to prevent storms, protect life and property, and projects operated by domestic and foreign organizations and individuals operating on the Dinh Vu peninsula, creating conditions for sustainable development. Stable Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone according to the tasks approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 145/2009/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2009, contributing to ensuring security and defense in the coastal area of Hai Phong.
