On May 23, the Department of Culture and Society (under Buon Ma Thuot Ward People's Committee, Dak Lak province) said that the unit had organized a meeting to criticize and review experience for a female clerk due to shortcomings in sending documents to Dak Lak Department of Home Affairs regarding the request to receive non-specialized commune-level personnel to become civil servants.
At the same time, the Ward People's Committee also conducted a review of a civil servant of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs for not being decisive in advising work, lacking proactiveness in inspection and urging, leading to delays in the process of sending documents, affecting the interests of some related officials.
As Lao Dong newspaper has reported, the Culture and Social Department of Buon Ma Thuot ward, with its advisory role, has not implemented it strictly and promptly, affecting the rights of non-specialized officials.
Through review, 10/24 non-specialized personnel currently supporting work at Buon Ma Thuot Ward People's Committee wished and were eligible to be employed as civil servants.
Previously, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province received a written explanation from the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot ward regarding the delay in submitting dossiers for registration to receive non-specialized personnel to become civil servants.
According to the explanation, the professional agency of the ward admitted shortcomings due to slow completion and sending dossiers according to regulations.
Therefore, 10 non-specialized officials in Buon Ma Thuot ward have lost the opportunity to participate in the entrance exam because the local authorities submitted dossiers late, directly affecting personal rights.
