On May 22, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province informed that the unit had sent an official letter to localities regarding the registration to receive non-specialized workers at the commune level to become civil servants to participate in the supplementary entrance exam.
Accordingly, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province proposed that localities base on the assigned payroll along with the roadmap and the payroll streamlining rate to review the remaining job positions; and at the same time propose to receive and become civil servants for non-specialized personnel at the commune level before July 1, 2025.
Dossiers must be sent by localities both electronic and paper copies to the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis. The Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province also noted that after the prescribed deadline, if a written request from localities has not been received, it is considered that there is no need to register for civil servant reception. Supplementary dossiers sent after this time will not be received, synthesized for processing.
According to the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province, so far localities have completed the listing of non-specialized officials proposed for recruitment into civil servants. In which, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot ward has completed and submitted complete dossiers to serve the supplementary examination process.
The unit is planning to organize a civil servant exam, expected to be completed before May 31.
Buon Ma Thuot Ward People's Committee said that the locality has sent a list of non-specialized officials registered to be employed as civil servants in the remaining staff positions, including administrative - office specialists, office administrators and specialists performing administrative procedure control tasks.
Officials participating in the examination will be selected according to suitable job positions. Those who are not selected will terminate their activities according to regulations.
As Lao Dong newspaper has reported, the Culture and Social Department of Buon Ma Thuot ward, with its advisory role, has not implemented it strictly and promptly, affecting the rights of non-specialized officials.
Through review, 10/24 non-specialized personnel currently supporting work at Buon Ma Thuot Ward People's Committee wished and were eligible to be employed as civil servants.
Previously, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province received a written explanation from the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot ward regarding the delay in submitting dossiers for registration to receive non-specialized personnel to become civil servants.
According to the explanation, the professional agency of the ward admitted shortcomings due to slow completion and sending dossiers according to regulations.
Therefore, 10 non-specialized officials in Buon Ma Thuot ward have lost the opportunity to participate in the entrance exam because the local authorities submitted dossiers late, directly affecting personal rights.
