According to that, during the inspection process, the Interagency Inspection Team was resolute in not allowing boats with behaviors such as carrying more people than allowed, without a departure order, without a passenger list, without a sign as required, without installing cameras or installing but not connecting to the management agency's information system to depart.
Also according to this team, as of the current time, 100% of the boats participating in serving ca Huế on the Huong River have installed surveillance cameras in the area where ca Huế is performed; the number of performers and musicians is ensured in accordance with the regulations; the situation of taking customers to listen to ca Huế on the Huong River has ceased.
Earlier, the Interagency Inspection Team worked with the Hue City People's Committee on the arrangement of a room at the Khâm Wharf Tourist Wharf to make a ticket sales room for river cruises and ca Huế on the Huong River. This aims to address the situation of selling tickets secretly, wandering along Le Lợi Street, and contributing to stabilizing the security and order situation in this area.
In addition, the Interagency Inspection Team requested the Hue City People's Committee to direct relevant agencies to strengthen inspection and handling of the situation of touts, chasers, and selling tickets in unauthorized places, causing disorder and environmental pollution in the area of Khâm Wharf Tourist Wharf and 3/2 Park.
However, according to the Interagency Inspection Team, the performance of ca Huế on the Huong River still has some existing issues. Among them, it is worth mentioning the situation of street vendors causing disorder, affecting the scenery and environmental sanitation on the pedestrian street, which still recurs. The ship captains and crew members participating in the ca Huế activity on the Huong River still do not wear uniforms and wear name tags. There is still the situation of some local residents taking boats to chaser-sell live fish to tourists when they go to listen to ca Huế on the Huong River.
The Interagency Inspection Team said that in the coming time, it will continue to carry out propaganda and dissemination of regulations related to artistic performance activities and other related regulations for organizations and individuals participating in ca Huế activities to implement strictly.
