On March 25, a source from Lao Dong Newspaper confirmed that at the 33rd meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission had disciplined a number of cadres and the Dak Lak Political School Party Committee for the two terms 2015-2020 and 2020-2025.
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that the Dak Lak Provincial Political School Party Committee in the two terms above violated Party regulations and working regulations; lacked responsibility, lacked leadership and direction; lacked inspection and supervision for cadres and Party members to violate Party regulations and State laws.
Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline the Dak Lak Provincial Political School Party Committee with a reprimand.
For individuals, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee warned Mr. Do Van Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Vice Principal and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh - specialist of the Department of Organization, Administration, Information, Documentation, former Chief Accountant of Dak Lak Provincial Political School.
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also disciplined Mr. Le Dinh Hoan - former Party Committee Secretary for the 2015-2020 term, former Principal with a reprimand.
Mr. Y Mluck Kbuor - former Vice Principal and Mr. Do An Bien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Head of the Faculty of Grassroots Theory, former Head of the Department of Organization, Administration, Information, and Documentation (Dak Lak Provincial Political School) were also disciplined with a reprimand.
In 2023, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Finance concluded an inspection, pointing out 18 violations in financial work in the period of 2017 - 2021 at the Political School.
During the above 5-year period, Dak Lak Provincial Political School showed signs of loss and damage to assets (cash and treasury deposits) of more than 1 billion VND.
In 2017 and 2022, the school made inaccurate estimates, leading to the State budget providing the school with more than 300 million VND in excess salary funds.
From 2017 to 2022, the fees that schools must continue to collect are more than 4 billion VND. Of which, tuition and service fee revenue is over VND3 billion, fee management is over VND907 million.
According to the Dak Lak Department of Finance, the above violations are the responsibility of the school's Board of Directors and related professional departments and the head of the unit.
Therefore, the Department of Finance recommends that the Dak Lak Provincial Political School correct and recover more than 5 billion VND. Of which, it is necessary to thoroughly recover the amount of more than 1 billion VND with signs of budget loss. In addition, there is a tuition fee collection and management of more than 4 billion VND.
