Accordingly, on January 16, Mr. Phan Thien Dinh - Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee led a delegation from Ha Tinh province to visit and exchange experiences with Hue City People's Committee on the construction of Phu Son Waste Power Plant.
Representatives of Phu Son Waste Power Plant said that the plant uses waste incineration technology using multi-level generating furnaces, generating electricity and a European standard exhaust gas treatment system.
The plant has a domestic waste treatment capacity of 600 tons/day and night, a 12 MW turbine generator, and a post-treatment landfill rate of less than 7%.
With continuous closed treatment processes and applying automation processes in operating stages, since going into operation, the plant has basically solved the problem of domestic waste treatment in some localities in Hue City with advanced technology and environmental protection.

Previously, on January 10, Mr. Ho Huy Thanh - Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee as head of the delegation, along with representatives of a number of departments, branches, relevant localities and some people of Ha Tinh province, also visited Phu Son Waste Power Plant in Hue City.
As Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on January 8, Hong Loc Commune People's Committee organized a meeting to provide information and receive people's opinions on the waste treatment plant project in Hong Loc commune.
At the conference, many speeches representing the people of Hong Loc commune asked why many localities in Ha Tinh still have land funds to build garbage power plants, but Ha Tinh province only chose Hong Loc commune for implementation?
They also expressed concern about the location of the waste treatment plant near Cu Lay dam and Dong Ho dam, causing concern about environmental impacts.

Representatives of the Ha Tinh Department of Agriculture and Environment informed that the waste power plant in Hong Loc commune will be deployed on an area of 9.6 hectares, near the waste treatment area of Loc Ha district (old) in Hong Loc commune.
The plant has a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, invested by An Duong Environment and Waste Treatment Joint Stock Company.
The plant uses waste incineration technology to recover energy to generate electricity with a treatment capacity of 950 tons of waste/day and night and a power generation capacity of 30 MW.
The project implementation location is about 800 m from the nearest residential area, which is Lien Son village, Tung Loc commune; 2-2.5 km from residential areas in Hong Loc commune, ensuring a safe distance to the environment according to regulations.
The plant is expected to be built at a location about 1 km from Cu Lay Lake, about 200 m from Dong Ho dam, but located downstream of these lakes.
The factory has modern waste treatment technology. The treatment plan for generated waste (wastewater, exhaust gas) when the factory goes into operation is also ensured, minimizing environmental impacts.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
