On August 27, B'Lao Ward Police (Lam Dong) said that they had received a report from Ms. V.T.H.H (residing in Residential Group 1 Loc Son, B'Lao Ward) about being assaulted right in front of her house.
B'Lao Ward Police invited Ms. H and related people to work to consolidate the handling records according to regulations.

According to Ms. H, there were 2 people who directly assaulted her, Ms. P.T and Mr. V.L.H - in which Mr. H was Ms. H's husband.
Previously, at 5:16 p.m. on August 24, Ms. H was riding a motorbike home at 286/19 Tran Phu (B'Lao Ward) when a group of 3 people (2 men, 1 woman) on 2 engines brought weapons (like iron bars) to block the road.
After that, Ms. H was pushed and killed by a woman named T into the bushes along the road and attacked. When Ms. H was assaulted, there were witnesses from Mr. H (Ms. H's husband) and a number of other people.
Witnessing the incident, some people tried to stop him but were chased by Mr. H and a young man holding weapons.
As for Mr. H, although he saw his wife being beaten, he not only could not stop her but also directly affected Ms. H.
The incident of Ms. H being assaulted by Ms. T and Mr. H lasted nearly 5 minutes, then was stopped by some residents.
The entire incident was recorded by a security camera. After the incident, Ms. H was taken to Lam Dong II Hospital for injury check-up and had to be hospitalized for health monitoring for 1 day.
Ms. H has now returned home and reported the incident to the B'Lao Ward Police. After receiving the information, B'Lao Ward Police invited Ms. H and related people to work to take statements to serve the investigation and handling according to regulations.
Ms. H said: During about 5 minutes of being pushed into the bushes on the roadside, I was punched, kicked, and scratched a lot by Ms. T in the face, abdomen, and hips, so I could not remember everything. Mr. H kicked me in the stomach with 2 kicks. At that time, I could only wonder, screaming, asking for help from everyone, but no one dared to help".
According to Ms. H, since the day she was beaten, she has been very panicked, worried, and insecure. Currently, Ms. H is raising a young child and is very afraid that these two people will continue to assault her.
She hopes that the authorities will take action strictly according to the law to protect her legitimate rights.
