Sharing with Lao Dong, Nguyen Huyen Thao Anh - currently studying at Duy Tan University (Da Nang) - said that she is using AI in most of her subjects in the classroom.
"Every time there is an exercise that needs to be completed, I will use AI to develop ideas and improve the task. Thanks to that, I shorten the exercise completion time by 50-70%. Using AI technology helps you not to spend much searching operation, while avoiding misunderstanding complex concepts in the subject, thereby applying them to your exercise more accurately.
In addition, I also often use AI to create personalized study plans on platforms such as Quizlet, Coursera... From using these tools, I can make study schedule recommendations based on my habits and abilities" - Thao Anh informed.
Currently working as a customer consultant for a gym located on Hai Phong Street (Da Nang), Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loi shared that since applying AI to his work, he has had more time to take care of himself.
"Every day, the number of customers coming to register for the gym online and in person is very large. Before, I had to stay late at night almost every day to enter data and arrange customer files. That's why I hardly have time for myself, even on Saturdays and Sundays.
However, since I used AI to automatically decentralize and process customer data, my life has " gone to a new page". I have more time to travel, shop, take care of myself - jobs that I had never thought of before.
In addition, I also use an AI chatbot tool that can automatically answer customers' questions, helping to answer questions as well as provide quick information that I almost do not have to answer directly" - Mr. Dinh Loi informed.
Take advantage of AI, don't overuse it
Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Vu Ngoc Son - Technology Director, Vietnam National Cyber Security Technology Joint Stock Company (NCS) emphasized that using AI to support work and study is necessary. However, if this technology is abused, it can lead to some negative consequences for students and workers.
"When AI is abused, it will reduce the thinking and reasoning ability of students. Along with that, when you rely too much on AI to search for information or solve exercises, you may miss the opportunity to practice your thinking and analytical skills.
At the same time, the use of "nicenceless" AI can reduce students' creativity, because AI can provide quick answers, but cannot replace the ability to think independently and creatively of humans..." - Mr. Son shared.
In addition, the NCS Technology Director also emphasized that the use of AI can cause copyright infringement problems and be heavily punished if prosecuted. Therefore, each user should only use AI as a support tool, instead of relying entirely on it. In addition, it is necessary to continuously re-check the information because there have been many cases where AI has given inaccurate results, causing serious consequences.
For workers, when using AI in work, it is necessary to keep information related to personal data confidential, avoid sharing important information on unreliable platforms.
