At the working session, on behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of ethnic groups in Lao Cai province, Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee presented 3 billion VND to support Lai Chau province.
The funding is aimed at contributing to helping the locality overcome the consequences of floods, supporting people to stabilize their lives, restore production and repair damaged infrastructure works.
Ms. Hanh shared that in the face of heavy losses caused by natural disasters in Lai Chau in recent days, the Party Committee, government and people of the province are always following the situation, wishing to join hands with the locality to overcome difficulties.
