The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the World Heritage Management Board of Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu, relevant units and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to request the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to urgently determine the 6-nail area; instruct the World Heritage Management Board of Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu to propose the assignment of the 3-nail area before December 25, 2025.
