Quang Ninh - On the morning of December 1, the Ha Long-Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board held a conference to announce decisions on the establishment of the Party Committee and personnel work.

Mr. Tran Nhu Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee - presented the Decision of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Ha Long - Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board and the Decision to appoint the Party Committee Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ha Long - Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board for the 2025-2030 term.

The Party Executive Committee consists of 13/15 members (2 people will be supplemented later). The Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 5 members; Mr. Mai Vu Tuan - Head of the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board - holds the position of Party Committee Secretary.

The conference also announced and presented the decisions of the Ha Long - Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board on the establishment of 10 affiliated departments and centers; decided to appoint heads and deputy heads of departments, centers and affiliated departments; decided to establish affiliated Party cells; decided to appoint Party cells of the Party cells under the Ha Long - Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board.

Previously, on November 15, 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province announced Decision 4166/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Ha Long - Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board on the basis of reorganizing the Ha Long Bay Management Board, the Bai Tu Long National Park Management Board under the Provincial People's Committee and the Monuments and Scenes Management Board under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

This is a concrete step to implement the policy of arranging and reorganizing administrative units; at the same time, increase the management, protection and promotion of international titles of the Ha Long Bay World Heritage Site, Yen Tu and ASEAN Bai Tu Long Heritage Park.
