Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, who has a child of this age, worriedly shared, "We cannot not let our children use phones because it is related to their studies. Controlling children on cyberspace, especially children at the age of curiosity, wanting to explore instructions on social networks is very difficult. Therefore, I hope that the authorities will strengthen control of the purchase and sale of materials to make fireworks on social networking channels today."
