According to the plan of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, from June 29 to July 2, the locality will simultaneously start construction of many key projects in many fields.
On June 29, the groundbreaking ceremony for 6 social housing projects will take place in the wards: Phan Dinh Phung, Bach Quang, Van Xuan and Linh Son.
The projects include: Social housing project for sale and rent in Phan Dinh Phung ward; Social housing project for sale and rent in Phan Dinh Phung 2 ward; Social housing project in Cau Truc urban area; Van Xuan social housing area project; Social housing project in Cao Ngan housing area and Social housing project in Urban Area No. 2.
The projects have a total investment of over 7,500 billion VND, with a scale of more than 5,980 social housing apartments. The goal is to contribute to increasing the supply of housing for low-income people, workers and laborers in the province.
By June 30, Thai Nguyen will organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the project to invest in the completion of the CT. 07 expressway section Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), at Yen Binh intersection.
The project has a total length of about 99.3km, with a total investment of about 21,229 billion VND; expanding the route from 2-4 lanes to 4-6 expressway lanes, design speed from 80-100 km/h.
The project is of great significance in strengthening regional connectivity, creating motivation for socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen and the Northern Midlands and Mountains region.
By July 2nd, Thai Nguyen will start construction of the Yen Binh concentrated digital technology zone project in Van Xuan ward and Diem Thuy commune.
The project is worth 3,534 billion VND, with a scale of 197.61ha.
The simultaneous start of projects with a total investment of trillions of VND is expected to promote infrastructure development, expand social housing funds, and create motivation to promote socio-economic development.
