At the headquarters of a number of agencies and units such as Hoan Kiem Electricity Company, Hanoi Association of the Blind, Hanoi Conference Center, etc., many transportation staff are hired to package and move furniture elsewhere.
In addition to some agencies that have moved furniture and moved headquarters, some agencies in the relocation area are still operating normally.



The relocation of the headquarters of agencies on the Hoan Kiem Lake side is part of the planning policy, renovating the space of the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake of Hanoi City. Accordingly, the research area expands public space by more than 20,000 m2 with about 12 headquarters of agencies, enterprises and nearly 40 households.
According to the plan proposed in March, the headquarters of the National Power Transmission Corporation, Northern Power Corporation, Hanoi Power Corporation, Electricity Hotel, National Power System and Market Operation Company, is proposed to be moved to the headquarters of the Corporations - Cau Giay New Urban Area.
The city assigned the old Hoan Kiem district to review the land fund in the district, arrange the location of the Hoan Kiem Electricity headquarters, the State Treasury Office, and the Citizen Reception Headquarters.
For the headquarters of the Department of Culture and Sports, the Institute of Literature (under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences), the Hanoi Population Department, the Hanoi Blind Association, the city assigned the Department of Construction to preside over reviewing the city's housing and land funds to propose new headquarters locations for these units.
For households located in the project area, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to study and propose to the city to apply the highest compensation mechanism and policy for people, arrange resettlement by land (in the old Dong Anh district) for cases eligible for compensation for residential land...



After completing the relocation, this area was built into a special square - park.
In phase 1, the city focuses on building the upper part of the square and the park using public investment capital.
Phase 2 will build three basements under the square, connecting to Station C9 of the Nam Thang Long - Tran Hung Dao urban railway line No. 2.
