Quang Tri - The weather was dry and sunny, but at noon, a tornado appeared and swept away part of the roof of a household.

On the afternoon of November 27, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Quan Commune (Quang Tri Province) - confirmed that a tornado had occurred in the area, fortunately the damage was not significant.

Accordingly, the tornado occurred at around 12:30 p.m. the same day in Mit village (Ben Quan commune). Before the tornado, the weather was dry, sunny and windy.

At this time, Mr. Ho Van Khang (born in 1979, residing in Mit village) and some people were in a newly built house but had not yet installed the door, when they heard a strong whistle. Suddenly, the fibro cement roofing panels on the roof were blown away by the wind, so Mr. Khang and everyone ran out of the house. When the tornado stopped and checked, the house wall was cracked in a section a few meters long.
