Border guard forces rescue fishermen in bad weather

    Ha Tinh - Cua Sot Border Guard Station has mobilized forces and vehicles to promptly rescue a fisherman who had a labor accident while fishing at sea.

    On the afternoon of August 7, news from Cua Sot Border Guard Station said that they had just organized the rescue of Mr. N.A. H (born in 1980, residing in Quynh Luu commune, Nghe An province), owner and captain of fishing vessel number NA-90934-TS.

    Previously, at about 9:30 am on the same day, while with 4 crew members pulling nets about 15 nautical miles from the shore in Ha Tinh waters, Mr. H unfortunately encountered a labor accident.

    Upon receiving the news, Cua Sot Border Guard Station mobilized 6 officers and soldiers, including military doctors, to urgently go to the scene. Despite the bad weather, big waves and the rescue location being far away, the border guard force quickly approached and gave first aid to the victims.

    Currently, functional forces in coordination with fishermen have taken the victim to Cua Sot fishing port, Loc Ha commune for further treatment.
