Forecast for the next 3 hours, convective clouds will continue to develop, causing showers with thunderstorms and lightning in the above-mentioned localities, then expanding to many other areas such as An Khanh ward, Cau Ong Lanh, Xom Chieu, Tan Hung, Chanh Hung, Ban Co, Binh Tien, Dien Hong, Tan My, Phu Dinh, Saigon, Binh Tan...

Common rainfall is from 5-25 mm, in some places over 30 mm. During thunderstorms, it is necessary to watch out for tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind at level 5-7 (8-17 m/s). Heavy rain is likely to cause localized flooding in low-lying areas.

The weather pattern causing thunderstorms is due to a low pressure trough with its axis passing through the South - South Central region combined with southwest winds operating at medium intensity over the Southern sea area.
