On July 9, Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant opened a bottom spillway. Since then, this place has continuously attracted people and tourists to visit, recording a rare moment at the construction site associated with the pride of Muong.
According to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters on the morning of July 15, despite the gloomy weather and light rain, the foot of the dam area is still crowded with people coming to admire. The white water poured down from the dam body, creating a lackluster fog covering the downstream, making the space both majestic and magical.

Standing below, many people were amazed, and the cool water and dust blew on everyone's face, making everyone feel comfortable in the middle of a hot summer day. Many young people take advantage of choosing a beautiful photo corner to save a special image next to the iconic project of Hoa Binh.
"I saw many people checking in online, so I asked my friend to ride a motorbike early in the morning. The real scenery in real life is even better than the photo, standing nearby and hearing the roaring water and the fog blasting on their faces is very relaxing, shared by Nguyen Mai Huong (22 years old) from Phu Ly (Ninh Binh).

Mr. Bui Van Tien, a resident of Tan Lac commune, and his wife went to visit relatives in Hoa Binh ward this morning, and when they heard that the hydropower plant was releasing water from the bottom, they stopped by.
As soon as he edited the new photo, he shared: "I am a local, but this is the first time I have seen the flood scene with my own eyes. Before, I went to work far away, listening to people say things but had not had the opportunity to witness them. Now I see why everyone says this scene is worth watching. If I open more doors later, I will arrange to go up and see more."

Not only the people in the province, in recent days, groups of tourists from Hanoi and many other localities have also come to Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant to admire this special scene.
Among the group of more than 20 tourists from Hanoi, Mr. Nguyen Van Chung expressed his excitement: "This is the first time I have seen the flood discharge live. This project is already very beautiful, now the white water seems like a large waterfall, feeling both overwhelmed and proud. Our group also visited the generators and learned more about the Hydropower project under expansion. It's really impressive.

From an event to regulate the flow, Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant has once again become a popular destination. Amidst majestic natural scenery and tablespoons of mist, this place is not only a source of pride in technology and energy, but also contributes to creating a unique tourism attraction along the Da River.
