Research assigns a continuous tracking clue
At the direct dialogue session between leaders of Hue City People's Committee and the business community in 2026 on August 6, Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of Hue City People's Committee - requested departments, branches, and localities to proactively and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles of businesses.
According to Mr. Le Tri Thanh, opinions from businesses not only reflect issues that need to be resolved but also provide practical information for the city to improve management and improve the investment and business environment.
Chairman of Hue City People's Committee requested agencies to be responsible for the contents answered at the dialogue session. Each recommendation must be received and handled within their authority and ensure consistency between the content of the response and the results of implementation after the conference.
For issues that cannot be resolved immediately, relevant agencies must clearly inform the causes, handling directions and progress for businesses to monitor.
Hue City People's Committee will also study assigning a focal point to monitor the handling of business recommendations throughout, focusing on the responsibility of each agency, progress and implementation results. The results of supporting businesses will be considered in assessing the responsibility and operational efficiency of units and officials and civil servants.
Opening more channels to receive petitions on Hue-S
According to the Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, the city plans to open two more columns on the Hue-S platform, including "Contributions to Hue City" and "Resolving problems and difficulties for businesses".
In which, the "Contributions to Hue City" column receives ideas, initiatives, and proposals to serve socio-economic development. The business column will receive online feedback and recommendations for competent authorities to guide, answer and handle.
The city also plans to organize thematic dialogues by industry groups such as tourism, accommodation, travel, food services, construction, industry, supporting industry and manufacturing.
Mr. Le Tri Thanh requested that frequently arising petitions must be proactively resolved by departments, branches, and localities through documents, Hue-S and other legal channels; not to let the situation of petitions drag on.
According to the Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, the city's point of view is to take people and businesses as the center of service, maintain regular dialogue and practical companionship with the business community.
