General labor is sought after by businesses in industrial parks in Lam Dong

Lam Dong - Businesses in industrial parks need to recruit more than 3,100 workers to serve production in the last months of the year.

From the beginning of August 2026, many businesses entered the stage of accelerating production to meet orders, and the demand for labor recruitment in industrial parks (IPs) in Lam Dong also increased sharply.

From garment and footwear factories to agricultural product processing, thousands of job positions are waiting for workers, opening up great job opportunities in the context of a vibrant production market.

On August 6, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province said that the whole province currently has 9 operating industrial parks with 251 valid investment projects, including 59 FDI projects. Currently, 175 enterprises have gone into production, creating jobs for more than 20,100 workers.

Through a survey of labor demand, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province said that by the end of 2026, businesses in industrial parks need to recruit 3,152 workers to serve production expansion and human resource supplementation.

It is noteworthy that there are 2,630 general labor positions, equivalent to more than 83% of the total recruitment demand. Meanwhile, the demand for human resources with university degrees is 129 people, college degrees is 101 people, intermediate degrees is 156 people and 7 foreign workers for professional positions.

Recruitment demand is mainly concentrated in industrial parks with many export manufacturing enterprises. Among them, Loc Son Industrial Park leads with 1,101 workers. Next is Ham Kiem II Industrial Park, which needs 678 workers, of which Right Rich International Co., Ltd. needs to add 500 workers.

Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that businesses in Ham Kiem 1 & 2 Industrial Park in the area often advertise labor recruitment to meet the needs of expanding production. Good income regime, increased care for union members and workers are important keys to attracting and retaining workers.

Industrial parks such as: Nhan Co, Phu Hoi and Ham Kiem I are also needing to add hundreds of workers to meet production progress.

If viewed by industry group, garment, footwear, backpacking - handbags and agricultural product processing continue to be the fields that need the most human resources. These are all industries that use a lot of direct labor and often increase recruitment at the end of the year when the number of orders increases.

The recruitment structure also shows that the labor market trend in IPs is still mainly directed towards production labor. Most businesses need lines workers, production line operators, processing, and packaging workers, while the demand for recruiting highly qualified human resources accounts for a small proportion. This opens up many job opportunities for unskilled workers in the locality as well as neighboring provinces.

To meet recruitment needs, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province is coordinating with relevant units to support businesses in connecting recruitment and job introduction through the National Job Exchange and recruitment information channels.

At the same time, strengthen guidance for businesses to fully implement regulations on labor contracts, wages, social insurance and regimes for employees, contributing to stabilizing human resources to serve production in the last months of the year.
