Mr. Nguyen Van Canh, residing in a residential area in Tu Minh ward (Hai Duong city), has arbitrarily used the public land area managed by the State at plot No. 95, map sheet No. 85 to build, expand, raise aquatic products, do business and build a boarding house, affecting the general planning of the locality.
Faced with that situation, the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward organized a working session with Mr. Canh's household to clarify the violation and request an end to the use of land for the wrong purpose.
At the meeting, representatives of departments, professional boards, regional Power Management units and Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company announced documents, cadastral maps, and minutes of inspection of the current status of the land.
The ward government requested Mr. Nguyen Van Canh's household to dismantle the encroached construction, restore it to its original state in accordance with the provisions of the law on land; at the same time, mobilize and propagate for people to voluntarily comply, contributing to maintaining discipline in land management.
The representative of Mr. Nguyen Van Canh's household has accepted the authorities' opinions, but has not agreed to sign a record of demolition and handover of the violating construction. In that situation, the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward continued to propagate, mobilize, and at the same time complete the dossier to handle it in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring the strictness of the law and the legitimate rights of the State, collectives and individuals.
Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Tu Minh Ward Nguyen Thi Sam affirmed that Tu Minh Ward always creates conditions for people to stabilize their lives, but is determined not to let encroachment and illegal use of public land occur; at the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision throughout the area to ensure order and discipline in land management.
