The accident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. the same day. The young man who fell into the abyss was identified as Nguyen Trieu V. (24 years old).
At the scene, the scooter with license plate number 49E1 - 307.09 was on the road of Prenn Pass , and the victim fell down a cliff about 7 meters deep.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Ward 3 Police force, Da Lat City Traffic Police Team, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force (Lam Dong Provincial Police), and medical staff arrived at the scene. The school performed a rescue, took the victim on his way, then took him to the emergency room.
A police officer at the scene said that the victim may have fallen off his motorbike on Prenn Pass and then fell into the abyss.
